Portable Toilet Rental Checklist
Ninety percent of rental headaches trace back to a single missed detail. Run through this checklist a week before delivery and again the day before, and your event will run cleaner than you'd expect.
One week before
Lock these in early so nothing shifts the week of.
- Confirm delivery date and time window
- Confirm pickup date and time window
- Send a photo of the placement spot to your provider
- Verify unit count matches guest count
Day before
Quick walkthrough.
- Clear the placement path of vehicles and obstacles
- Confirm ground is level (2" of slope max)
- Confirm a standard outlet is reachable for luxury units
- Assign a point person to meet the driver
Day of
Verify units are stocked (toilet paper, hand sanitizer), sinks work, and doors latch. Any issue – call us and we'll fix it before guests arrive.
