Book 4–6 weeks out
Grad-party weekends book up first. Reserve as soon as you set the date, especially for the last two weekends of May and the first weekend of June.
One premium unit is usually enough
For 40–75 guests, a single luxury unit handles the day comfortably. Bigger multi-family parties may want a second.
Delivery timing
Friday afternoon delivery, Sunday or Monday pickup is the standard grad-party window.
